That experience shaped how I think about leadership today. I believe technology benefits from diverse perspectives, and that inclusive teams build stronger products and healthier organisations.

As an engineering leader, I focus on creating environments where people feel safe to contribute, ask questions and grow. When engineers feel they belong and their perspectives are valued, collaboration improves and teams perform at their best.

Building inclusive tech environments is therefore not only a social goal to me, it is a practical foundation for better teamwork, better decisions and better technology.
